We had to return to the front desk twice before it was finally resolved. Overall, the service was not very friendly and the experience was disappointing."

"It really pains me to say this because I HATE UGA and the BOOdog mutts, and Athens in general, GO JACKETS!!!! THWG!!! But this hotel was great. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean and quiet. Pretty good breakfast. Good workout room. In the event of the apocalypse and I was forced to be in Athens, GA again, I would definitely stay here. But also, TO HELL WITH GEORGIA :-)"

"The breakfast was gross, the lady at the front office named WANDA was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my entire life zzz told me and my husband we weren’t allowed to use the bathroom downstairs in lobby that we have one in our room. No sign on door saying employee use only. Smoked detector was going off continuously and no one would change the battery. Remote didn’t work. Curtains broken. "
