« The room wasn’t clean at all when I arrived - someone else’s hair was in the shower still, there was trash on the nightstand, nothing had been wiped down or dusted, it was all pretty bad. I was given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and the towels smelled moldy. The bed was unusually small. It was relatively quiet and private though. »

"Las habitaciones realmente con muy mal aspecto: la silla rota, parches de pintura, la cortina de la habitacion rota, habia una filtracion de la bañera hacia la habitacion que mantenia la alfombra literalmente mojada. Duramos 3 noches y jamas entraron a vaciar las papeleras, mucha polvo en las alfombras del piso (me dio asma), en cuanto al desayuno, no hay variedad. La infraestructura desde afuera se ve muy bonito pero al interno es terrible. En cuanto al personal realmente muy agradables, muy respetuosos, considero que deberian revisar todo en cuanto a la parte de condiciones del hotel como tal. Lamentablemente no puedo dar una mejor opinion, hay mucho que mejorar!"
