Having shuttle service will make guests like us more comfortable because having a taxi or an uber picking you or dropping you inside the facilities is very tedious due to the extreme entrance and security rules. If the Hotel had a shuttle service in place - then they will have a clearance to come in and out the compound. The other suggestion is that they improve the pool furniture and decor - it looks outdated - the place is gorgeous and definitely has room for improvement. Thanks! Yasna B.
