"Overall just blah, staff seemed not to know how to use the computer systems. I never seen or experienced so many off brand products being used. From the type of food packaging at the breakfast area to the products in the rooms. My best advice is if you're a coffee drinker, go to the gas station in the parking lot (yes, the hotel shares a lot with a gas station). There is a Dunkin Donuts inside. Go there, the hotel coffee is straight from the show 'Fear Factor '"

"The location is a little bit out of the way but, that what makes this hotel special. Our check-in with Neal was quick and easy. Rooms were really nice. Breakfast was also nice and the bar was excellent. We fly into Columbia County Airport about four times a year and drop our passenger off and spend the night in Hudson before returning to Houston. I think we have found a new place to relax after a long flight."

"Room was dirty, toilet did not work. Maintenance man had an attitude when I pointed out the problem. They gave me a different room upon my request during the second day. The new non-smoking room still smells of nicotine though :-/"
