Excellent location, decor and style of the hotel. Staff member on check-in not particularly welcoming and didn't provide any information other than room number.
Only 2 gripes with my stay. 1, Having a member of staff knock on my room door early in the morning to find out what time I plan on checking out. 2, No clear signage for the car park. Aside from that it is a beautiful hotel, great location, helpful staff & well priced.
Great location for a hotel and friendly & helpful staff. Magnetic key cards are poor and kept failing meaning having to go back down to get a new one. Group of 4 rooms and this happened for everyone multiple times. Sort it out!!!
Friendly and helpful staff Not much closet space. Not a lot of light in the room
Friendly and efficient staff with great prices including breakfast
Clean and tidy rooms with helpful staff. Located easily within walking distance of the train station too
