"This is my husband and I second time staying here, very clean place to stay way better then the other hotels in this area , the young lady’s work really hard to make sure us as guest have our money worth by giving us a clean room to sleep in for our stay. "Its a cheap place to stay right off the interstate and they have breakfast. There are restaurants, convenince stores, and other useful businesses within walking distance. The neighborhood isnt the greatest and there is plenty of noise at night but the place is safe and secure place. With entries that require a key card to enter."

"Studio 6 is a fabulous Hotel to stay at i have been here11 nights nowthey staff is incredible. Candice on a daliy bases would make me feel right at home. The management is grade A. "The reviews for this property are a lie. There were great reviews about how nice and cleanly it was, but it was absolutely disgusting. Bugs flying around and some dead on the floors as well stains on the couches and the place just looked beaten to hell. There was a lot of foot traffic and concerning behavior from those around. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice."
