"Modern and clean room/on site restaurant was ok - food didn't compare to the rest of Bogota and quite expensive. Washroom in room had a see through frosted door and shower didn't have a door/more open concept."

"Breakfast was very good and extraordinary. They have everything in the buffet. Transportation always available and secured. Security was in a very high attention you know we're in Bogota. A lot of restaurants behind the hotel. Just take the elevator and you are in. Highly Recommended. "

"The room was beautiful with a good distribution. The check in was fast, but the gave us the wrong room and we have to switch. A room for four only have two bath towels, we have to ask for extras and also one pillow per person, and we are use to have two per person. The bed was not comfy as we expected from a five star hotel. The breakfast was good but the sitting us in a table that was not clean and ready. We have dinner at Ushin and the service and the food was really good but too slow, I think they don’t have enough servers."
