"This is my third stay at Le Grand Monarch. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. For the moment I think the fifth floor has the best rooms."

"this is a very old building right near the palace. Look like it was once home to aristocracy. The room was nice but basic. Very dark until I was able to open the metal shutters covering the windows."
