"Great experience, great room, great host, great location.
I have to say, this is one of the best guest facilities my wife and I have ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here the next trip to Detriot. "

"So much character in this place. My bathroom was beautifully tiled and updated. Some things about the room were a little worn out (window paint and carpet), but the character and warmth of the space outweigh any of that. The bed was very comfortable. I found the whole experience restful. And the air conditioning worked really well for an old building. Staff was also warm and welcoming. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at this property!! Pros: near grocery stores, convenient to highway without a lot of noise or traffic, neighbor is quiet and the space accommodated us nicely, enough paper towels and toilet paper provided. Check out was easy and street parking available. Cons: check-in was a little arduous and happened at check in time not before (issue with receiving my payment that delayed the process on their site). Property is a townhouse with stairs. 1/2 bathroom is on the main level, top floor has one room, no bathroom. Not enough glassware and bowls but we made due. Some gnats but it was the summertime. "
