Located in an elevated position overlooking Nautilus Beachfront residential complex, guests have full use of the residential complex's pools, tennis courts and facilities.

You have exclusive use of our holiday property for your entire stay. Designed to feel like a contemporary beachfront home, you’ll enjoy the privacy of the location, the sunlit balcony and spacious interiors, plus the proximity to the beaches, outdoor activities and restaurants of the Northern beaches area, with no need to drive into Coffs Harbour.

Bedroom One is privately located away from the other bedrooms and has delightful ocean views, floor to ceiling glass with sliding door to the balcony; a king sized upholstered bed, quality, comfort supportive mattress; flat screen TV; walk in robe, and an en-suite bathroom with large shower, deep bath tub, double vanity, private toilet, ceiling fan.

Bed linens, doonas, extra blankets, pillows, bathroom towels, and pool towels are all supplied.

Bedroom Two is privately located and has ocean glimpses and tree top views; queen sized bed with a comfort support mattress; built in wardrobes; flat screen TV ; en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, ceiling fan.

Bedroom Three has 2 new luxuriously comfortable long single beds* which can be zipped together to form a King sized bed * ( please advise your preferred configuration when booking, the default is 2 singles); built in wardrobes; flat screen TV; en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, ceiling fan.

We provide an IKEA high chair and foldaway cot for baby, you simply need to bring your own cot linen and blankets, mattress padding and waterproof protector.

Flooded with natural light and featuring high ceilings, the open plan design of the living spaces allows for easy interaction. Large glass doors and windows to north and east provide wonderful ocean and island views.

The living area opens onto a large private semi-covered balcony with an outdoor dining table and bench seats, 2 sun loungers plus a Weber family size gas BBQ.

With an expansive view to the sea, on a clear day it’s possible to see dolphin pods, plus whales passing and breaching during the humpback migration months, so bring your binoculars to fully appreciate their activity.

At night you can dine under the stars and enjoy the glow of the evening sunset colours reflected upon the ocean. Mornings are a delight, wake up and watch the sun rise over the sea. Prefer to sleep in? No problem, bedrooms have block out blinds to assist your slumber.

Spacious enough to accommodate an entire family of cooks, the thoughtfully equipped kitchen has quality appliances, including a fan forced electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric milk frother, and a family size refrigerator, plus everything you need to self cater with ease.

Tea, coffee pods, sugar, foil, paper towel, salt/pepper, olive oil, are the basic pantry items provided to get your holiday off to an easy start. You can purchase your grocery needs at the nearest shopping centres just over five minutes drive away at Moonee Market just north, or order online from major supermarkets for home delivery at a time to suit you.

Inside the home is a large laundry with family size auto washer, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, barbeque cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket, broom.

There is a double lock up garage for parking of up to two vehicles, OR one large 4WD, and a secure gated entry with intercom, to the exclusive four condominium complex.

If you prefer not to cook every night, dining out is easy at the local Beachstone Cafe and Wylde Oak Cafe located at Coffs Harbour Nursery in Sapphire. There are an extensive number of local restaurants and cafes to suit every taste, just a short drive away in the northern beaches area, there's no need to drive south to Coffs Harbour at all! We provide personal recommendations in the guest information folder in the property, or send us a message for suggestions if you need to book ahead.

Whilst at the apartment, guests have full access to all the facilities -
• Absolute beach frontage to Campbells Beach (not patrolled) but great for walks, sun bathing or running off some energy!
• 3 swimming pools, 2 of which are designed for young children
• Outdoor poolside spa and a hot indoor spa (for 16yrs +)
• 2 full size day/night beachfront tennis courts (Please bring your own adult size racquets and balls) we supply four junior racquets and tennis balls for the kids to use on the courts.
• Beachfront timber decks with bench table and stools, BYO drinks to enjoy whilst watching the waves roll in!

We have a detailed information folder in the apartment with clear explanations on all features of the apartment and facilities, plus what to do to self checkout.
