It is also walking distance to stunning beaches, cafes and restaurants, making it the perfect holiday destination, ideal for a family getaway or couples retreat. Here at Coffs Jetty Beach House, there's no need for the car. Begin your morning with a stroll around the picturesque harbour foreshores and enjoy a swim or surf at the popular Park Beach, followed by a quality coffee or breakfast at one of the many hip cafes on the vibrant Jetty strip. Leisurely afternoons can be spent enjoying the local area or back at your holiday house, where you can make use of the private swimming pool and alfresco space. With 3 outdoor entertaining areas, you'll have ample options for dining or simply relaxing with a book or glass of wine while taking in the stunning surrounds. Living and entertainment Coffs Jetty Beach House is a modern, spacious home spread over 3 storeys. Each level of this home is positioned to capture the sweeping open views and ocean breeze, ensuring a light and airy interior. The main living space is on the middle level. The open layout features an air-conditioned lounge area with home theatre-styled entertainment centre, dining table and a full kitchen with professional grade, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, 5-burner oven, full size fridge/freezer, wine fridge and a Nespresso machine. Wifi is included. The house offers guests the best in quality furnishings with recycled hardwood floors, high ceilings and stylish, functional fittings. The living area leads out to the large, covered balcony with stunning ocean views. Great bench seating and an outdoor setting make this a fabulous place to sit back, chat over a refreshing drink and soak up the fresh ocean breeze and views. This level also has two of the bedrooms and the main bathroom. Upstairs is the master retreat with spa bath ensuite and a private sitting room and balcony inviting in the morning sun. The ground floor has a second lounge room and the fourth bedroom, plus laundry and powder room. A true highlight of this wonderful holiday house is the sparkling inground pool and outdoor entertaining space. Cool off with a refreshing swim then lounge by the poolside, and come evening, cook up an easy dinner on the BBQ to enjoy under the covered alfresco dining space. Additional Information : \- We have recently added Fujitsu wall-mounted air conditioners in all bedrooms, including the downstairs room. The floor fan has been removed. The water pressure has also been fixed by removing an old filter at the main and faucet limiters. The grandparents could escape upstairs while the littlies played on the middle level. The stairs could have been an issue with the littlies but they were very good and didn’t run off! The house is close to a great park and the beach which the kids loved! The oldies loved the access to coffee shops after their morning run! A few more rolls of toilet paper and dishwasher powder would be beneficial as with so many of us we needed to do a few washes! The house was spotless, perfectly appointed and decorated in contemporary and comfortable beach house style. The house is very spacious, filled with natural light and a variety of spaces to relax. A short stroll from the upmarket Harbour Drive cafe and restaurant precinct, and the convenient Jetty Village shops, Jetty beach, park and foreshores are a momentary easy walk or bike ride for the children. The dramatic views extend from the Harbour and Muttonbird Island reserve all the way to the horizon, capturing stunning sun rises and the afternoon sea breezes. Being summer, the pool was warm and a welcome option to cool off or to entertain the children on hot summer days. Our dealings with The Edge management for our booking were seamless, the team was helpful, responsive and organised.When we have our holidays at the Jetty Beach House, we love to just spend time together as a family in such a beautiful space, but we always make sure to visit a few famous Coffs attractions such as the Big Banana, the Coffs markets at Jetty Park, Tree Tops rope climb for the kids, and lots of walks and bike rides. Plenty of room for the kids and we loved the parents retreat upstairs. It was like the kids weren't even with us. So perfect for parents who need a break and teenagers who need their own space. Another bonus was being so close to the restaurants at The Jetty. We didn't have to cook and because we were so close even got our food delivered. The kitchen was too pretty to mess up. We visit Coffs regularly to see family and this place is definitely the best place we've stayed to date. The kids were in the pool everyday. The master suite upstairs makes you feel like you are on a second honeymoon and the views from the balconies are fantastic. We know Coffs well and the location is perfect for a family holiday being so close to the restaurants and beach. Comfortable, spacious accommodation that exudes quality. Location hard to beat with shops, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Everything about this house is excellent and we highly recommend it. The beach house is fitted out with brand new appliances, and the cleanliness was second to none. The location is perfect for a family with world class dining just a one minute walk away, also convienent to the Jetty Beach and weekend markets. After a long day at the beach the kids could swim in the sparkling pool which is lovely and private while my husband and I enjoyed an afternoon drink while watching the sunset over the water. If you want a perfect holiday look no further than the Coffs Jetty Beach House, it has it all! With plenty of room for everyone and the super comfy beds it was like our home away from home. We spent our mornings wandering down to the beach (5 minute walk) and afternoons lazing around the pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, but you really don't need to being so close to the yummy restaurants at the Jetty. We will definitely be back. ##### Emma
