« Property needs minor updating. Listed as 4 bedroom, however the bunkbeds are accessed thru another bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us since kids stayed with parents. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom has queen & double, 3rd has bunkbeds & 2 doubles. Pool is very nice, adequate seatimg outside. Dining area seats 12. Living area has 1 sectional sofa. Overall we enjoyed our stay, check-in & check-out was easy. »

« OK this is a very solid VRBO property. I’d give it 8/10 rating. Excellent host communications, easy checkin, nice clean interior. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Couldn’t use the pool due to weather unfortunately. Location is in an older neighborhood with some run down properties but it is transitioning to a nicer neighborhood near a cute walkable shopping area. Downsides: Quirky thermostats, no useful live TV. Appreciated the coffee but would have been helpful to have some creamer handy...

« The pool was cool but warm enough for kids to enjoy. The hot tub had seating for 3-4 adults and was just right for relaxing in. Very well appointed back yard completely fenced in with room for play and relaxation . Inside bedrooms were roomy and had good closet space. Our group of 8 also enjoyed family time in the spacious living room. The coffee bar is a great touch in the dining area. Host very quick to respond to any questions we had. »

« This townhouse is in a great location in Cocoa Village. An easy walk to the town with many shops and restaurants. Water view, very clean and spacious. Instructions were clear and helpful. We only stayed one night before departing for a cruise and it was an easy drive to the port. Wish we could have stayed longer! »

« The house itself was nice however pulling up to the house the grass was tall and the dumpsters were over flowing. There were not enough wash cloths and towels for 6 people which was the booking amount. The hot tub and pool were dirty and neither was heated like the owner stated they would be. We had to contact the owner which responded however we had to trouble shoot the pool and hot tub the entire time we were there. The hot tub continuously drained and was freezing. The pool company came out...
