The cottage is located in historic Cocoa Village where you have a wonderful selection of restaurants and shopping. There is also a unique selection of places for night time fun; all walking distance from the cottage. The beach is a 15 minute drive while the Indian River is walking distance with a public boat ramp for launching your boat or kayak. Due to the variety of cooking utensils and herbs and spices we even decided to stay in one night and BBQ! The bed and couch and chairs are comfortable, it is quiet for sleeping and in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants in the Village. I gave a 3 for communication only because my emails pre-stay were not answered but the owner was very responsive once we arrived. She even quickly and graciously helped us at night when we accidentally locked ourselves out!
