When I say beach I genuinely mean Beach (sand). The house layout is as follows. The entrance divides the main floor to the bottom floor. On the main floor there is a large kitchen with added washer. The living room is split between a sitting area and dining room. Your Master bath is on this floor as well as master bedroom. 2 sets of sliding glass doors allow access to the deck. The lower level has one large open area with twin sofa recliners.
