Nous avons contacté l’hôtel qui n’a pas souhaité/pu modifier notre réservation, même avec un supplément et alors même que la chambre est disponible à nos dates. Nous avons donc payé une nuit dans un hôtel sans pouvoir y aller. Nous mettons donc cet avis sur le caractère peu commercial des interlocuteurs que nous avons eus (aussi bien chez hotel.com qu’à l’hôtel). Nous déconseillons donc cet hôtel à moins de ne pas avoir besoin de modifier votre séjour. Nous ne recommandons bien évidemment pas non plus l’application hotel.com qui manque de fiabilité et de service après-vente. Cette réservation était notre dernière sur cette application."
