« Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. « I booked this for my wife and I, our two sons (2 & 5 years old), her dad and my dad. It was a nice secluded and quiet spot, and it had everything that we needed for our trip. Whiteface mountain was about 15-20 minutes away and Lake Placid about 25-30. Lana was a great host. Communication was easy and she made sure to show us the house and let us know where everything was. »
