"The breakfast was ok. I assumed when you had a Continental breakfast, there would be scrambled eggs, toast and bacon or sausage with it, but if you wanted that you had to pay for it. I guess the Hotels in Tennessee only serve cereal, bagels, apples, juice and coffee. Everything else was great except the breakfast."

"Note, I don't leave reviews unless it's exceptional on either end of the spectrum. Booked a Queen suite. Beds and bathroom seemed good and relatively new. However, the living room & kitchen left much to be desired. Wasn't as shown in photos. Dog hair, stains, weird make-shift kitchen, hall lights flashing, things around the facility out of order, have to pay for additional (extra washcloth, sheet, etc), sign at desk advertising penalty for weed smokers (speaks to standards of those staying here). My husband can tolerate a lot - he gave me a face. We switched hotels late that first night after a long day of activity willing to lose our money. Drove 13 miles to stay in a better environment. If you need a place to land one night, probably worth a chance. But we will not return."

"In town from Atlanta to see a comedy show in Chattanooga for the weekend. I was really disappointed in general with the hotel. I love the area, although there is high construction near by, it wasn’t an issue. Good eateries and shops around as well. Courtyard area was nice with chairs and the fireplace/fire-pit. Hotel does not have elevators!!! However upon check-in walking into the lobby, there was a portable air unit that was sitting up on a table or some object, blowing air toward the check in desk. Check-in was fast and the young lady was very nice. Room was clean and had a pleasant smell to it as well. However, in front of the sink was a wet spot around 10-12” in diameter. I checked under the sink and could find where the water was coming from. Later on we discovered that if the shower head is turned toward the bathroom door and the curtain not pulled, then it lets water run from the bathroom area into front part of the sink area. Ok no problem, just call to the front desk to have the water removed! Unfortunately the phone in the room did not work. No dial tone or anything. Next morning we saw the housekeeper and asked for more hand towels for the room around 9am. Came back to the room around 3pm and no towels and room was not done. She even asked us if we were leaving for the day and we said yes. Came back from being out the night around 1am and on my 1 of the 2 keys worked, Fortunately, we had put the 2nd key in her purse. Just not happy overall with the stay."
