Convenience to Progressive Field and around town. Liked the restaurant in the hotel and their staff. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay $18 pp for the breakfast buffet that you would normally get for free at other Hilton chains.

Lobby was nice but when we got in the elevator the floor was very dirty and then when we got off the elevator the hallway floor needed swept. The room was dated and was a bit dirty.

The staff was really cool and the burger at Harveys was delicious. Perfect hotel to stay at for madonna concert.

Absolutely love the city view, rooms were pretty clean and nice, thing I didn’t like was how filthy the hot tub was. It should be cleaned at least one to two times a day. But overall great custom service, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

This property was awful. We found so much mold in our room that we actually barley even slept because we were so concerned about it. The front desk staff were awful and just said “oh” didn’t offer to change our room. Would tell everyone to stay away from this hotel

I wouldn't park here. Three cars got broken into about an hour before I arrived. They were all parked n the hotel's supposedly "secure" lot that you have to pay $20 for! It's not secure.

The staff from the desk in the evening to the service staff, to other staff we had seen in passing, to morning staff during checkout: every single one noticed us, acknowledged us, was helpful and kind, they had coloring things, puzzles, and a toy monster truck for my kiddos. The kids ate breakfast for free. The only part was the parking situation with the texts, the camera not noticing the license plate, but the manager was eager to help us and we were able to see a show and be back in the time allowed for parking overnight and after check out without extra fees. We had a great stay!

Looking at your reservation, the room you booked was a king size bed. I do apologize that you feel like the bed was smaller but all of the king beds are the same sizes.

Staff tried to act like i was in the wrong for asking for a room with A.C. because mine didnt work. Told me i should have stayed in a nicer part of town and that the room wasnt even hot.

I have stayed here each time we come to Cleveland and can't imagine staying anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect! Walking distance to a lot but also within a small driving distance to the rest.

There was popcorn pieces on the floor. I would maybe suggest taller toilets. It was a very nice hotel. You can tell is is a older building.

Very close to the sport and entertainment venues in Cleveland. Dining staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was not included and our sink didn’t drain.
