Built into this cabin's 3 stories, are a master bedroom with master bath, living room and kitchen, upstairs bedroom with 2nd full bathroom, and downstairs bedroom, (with a 3rd full bathroom), game room, and a built-in SAUNA. You will ENJOY the kitchen with a eat at bar and open design of the main floor. After dinner, take a walk downstairs and join the kids in the game room where you'll find a pool table, SmartTV with Roku, queen bed, and the cedar sauna. Or you could spend your evenings watching the sunset rocking in a chair on the complete wrap around deck. I contacted them twice in 5 days without resolution. The neighbor had 2 x large aggressive dogs roaming our rental property yard and decks, we were unable to use the outside firepit and had to be very vigilant getting in and out of the car and taking out our small dog (leashed) for bathroom breaks. The host told me to " enjoy my stay" when i rang about the dogs. The clothes dryer was broken, the host had me text pictures of the dryer make and model, advising of next day repair, it was not repaired. The property decks have several holes due to rotted wood. The propery could do with a little TLC. The sauna was a positive and enjoyable amenity. The property is located in a good area to access local places of interest. ##### Bettina W. The house was very clean and also had a nice fenced in front yard for our dog. However, we did not have Internet for the three days that we stayed in the location and had to leave early since I was unable to work, I had spoke with someone at the rental agency at least four times about the Internet being out however, no one was ever sent out nor did they seem to care to fix the problem. ##### Josh B. Short trip into Helen, like 5 minutes. Good water pressure. Hot tub was awesome! Love the back deck lights! Able to log into our YouTube account with ease. Enjoyed the fireplace. Made breakfast in the kitchen. Enjoyed the coffee maker and the frig is cold and gives lots of ice! For the price, it’s definitely worth a visit. ##### Rhonda D. The sauna was amazing (too short length wise to lay down on the top shelf). The neighborhood was off the beaten path and quiet but minutes from Helen. The issue I had was that there was nothing in the kitchen to help store our food. No Tupperware, Saran wrap, tin foil, or Ziploc bags. There were also no condiments of any kind. My friends did not like that the porch/deck was not cleaned but I don't mind some leaves/twigs. Water pressure and temperature were good even with 3 people showering the same night, the sauna and hot tub were clean and worked great. I would stay here again just remember to bring a storage method if you are cooking there. ##### A S.
