Summary:

You'll find something for everyone at The Game Room, so bring the whole family on your next trip to Cleveland! We've got a full-size arcade game with over 17,000 games, an entire chalkboard wall for a giant came of Pictionary, tons of board games for all ages, a basketball hoop and giant Connect 4 board, plus a beautiful back deck overlooking the park (which is within walking distance). A spacious kitchen, large living space, and comfy beds for 6 make this the perfect spot for the fam!



The Space:

This is a complete, private single-family home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It's designed to be FUN! Each bedroom has a theme and there's more than enough to keep everyone in your party occupied. As a bonus there's a large deck with a beautiful park view off the master bedroom.



There is a large bedroom with a king bed on the first floor, along with a half bath and fully stocked kitchen. The only full bath is on the second floor, along with two more bedrooms. There's tons of living space on the first floor: the living room features a large sectional and tv, and the dining room has a dining table for 6 that doubles as a great game table.



You'll find a washer and dryer in the basement, but other than that it's just an old basement.



Guest Access:

There is sufficient off-street parking for up to 4 cars. Driveways on either side of the house can be used for parking, as well as the garage. Backing out is a little tricky so be careful!



The Neighborhood:

Berea is a suburb of Cleveland that's home to Baldwin Wallace University and several beautiful metroparks. We have a healthy mix of business and residential areas and this house is right in the middle of it all. Within walking distance of the University, a brewery and grocery store, and several other restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries.



Getting Around:

You can walk to just about everything you might need including a supermarket and some great restaurants and shops. Parking is generally not an issue around here, and Uber/Lyft are great ways to get around too.



Other Things to Note:

Walk to the park and Coe Lake! Also walking distance to Baldwin Wallace University, a grocery store, coffee shops, Cornerstone Brewery, and many other restaurants and bars. Just minutes from the airport and only a bit further to downtown Cleveland.
