« We had a volleyball tournament and stayed just for the night. The hotel is older, but it was updated as much as possible and clean. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. There is an attached bar (we didn’t go) and gas, restaurants and coffee right across the street. It isn’t luxurious but was just fine for the night!! »

« Its an older hotel and could use some remodeling but overall room was clean. We reserved a king room however when we got there it was not available due to previous guest damaging the room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience but they were able to get us in a queen room on first floor which worked out since we had our yorkie and morkie. Overall a good visit. »

« There was no trash can in my room when I arrived. The towel for the floor and the have towel in the bathroom had black marks on them. There was only one wash cloth. There was trash on the floor by the nightstand. The charger didn't work on the one lamp and the outlet was blocked by the nightstand. One of the 3 pillows had burn holes in the pillowcase and another had blue ink all over it. The bed want lined up with the headboard (which was mounted to the wall and not attached to the bed). « The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor—similar to fish or something decaying—which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. Cleanliness was also an issue. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned: there were visible stains on the shower curtain, and noticeable hand and arm prints on the headboard and other surfaces from previous guests. « The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff. »
