"Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again."

"My daughter and I came from out of state so that she could go to a nearby Nike running camp. I stayed in the Grape house with my Brittany. We hiked everyday and checked out the local dog parks. We loved it, Prescott is as dog friendly a place as I’ve been. The house was as cute as could be and the location was 10 minutes from all the hikes as well as close enough to walk to the town square. I’ve got the Grape House bookmarked for a return visit!"

"Very well equipped and comfortable!! Indoors is very quiet and pleasant. Is located on a busy street so the patio area had a lot of traffic noise, however they do have a lovely sitting and hammock area further away from the street which was very pleasant."

"Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep."

This property was a perfect 2bd/2ba for my trip with a friend. Each room offers it's own creature comforts and the spacious bathrooms were a nice change. The decor is adorable. The attention to detail really makes you feel special. It didn't seem like it was thrown together between renters like some places...

Her Kitchen was stocked with all a Vacation cook would Need… What we missed was a little microwave, for reheating left overs, coffee and Tea.. "This property is absolutely amazing, and we had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay! The back porch overlooks a stunning garden, and I loved sipping my coffee there each morning. Sedona is just a quick 10-minute drive away, and I appreciated having a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. Plus, the nearby wineries are a must-visit. Highly recommend!"

"The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."
