"Room is clean but bathroom is dirty and old with black mold at the grout area. Staffs are not friendly and they’re only work for a paycheck. Homeless sleep right outside the parking lots."

"I prepaid the room and was charged again at a higher price upon checkin. It was late Friday and they said it wouldn’t refund until Monday. Time will tell. The tub/shower was slippery and worn. I would never have taken a bath in that tub. It was embarrassing. It was clean, as the room was also but disgusting to see when using the bathroom. The breakfast was nice but there were 4 homeless that happen to get in the back door and join us for breakfast. They look like they have done this many times since they were familiar with where everything was. We have stayed here a while so and everything was top notch. It has certainly gone downhill."

"I appreciate the hotel is tucked away, which made it feel a little safer. The parking lot seems small, but there was plenty of spots available daily for us. Staff was friendly, room was spacious. Our bathroom wasn't the cleanest (dried water spots, stains in the bathtub, stains on the wallpaper in the bath and closet, etc). The beds were incredibly uncomfortable...you could feel the springs and thankfully I was alone. Had somebody else been in bed with me, it is the type of mattress you can feel every breath your partner takes, the mattress is so bouncy. I'm surprised a Marriott would have that low of quality mattresses. You can hear the freeway and Sunnybrook road traffic through the windows, so it is rather loud. It worked for our stay, but I likely wouldn't stay again."
