Enjoyed my one night in the hotel. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. The towels provided seemed to be overused and ragged and there was no hairdryer or other amenities one might expect to have but I'm not too fussy about that kind of stuff. The staff was friendly and attentive to our questions. I didn't get a chance to use any amenities nor eat breakfast as my selected rate did not include breakfast so it was fine to eat outside of the hotel with lots of options available.

This is a wonderful hotel! Clean, spacious, staff is amazing, restaurant is excellent. It is walking distance from bus terminal There is a large supermarket (Soriana) and pharmacy across the street. Parking is ample and gated. We loved meeting Sierra the resident "guard dog" that has been adopted by the staff. We used this hotel as our base as we explored la Huasteca Potosina sites. Note there are several tourist watersport sites to visit and each one is 1hr to 2hr away in different directions. Plan to do one location each day, set out after breakfast, travel there, enjoy your day/activities, travel back to hotel. We enjoyed coming back to a clean room, taking a shower, exploring the city of Cuidad Valles at the end of the day. We saw people on group tours who looked miserable because they were cramming several things in one day - that's not a vacation. We took bus from SLP and rented a car in C. Valles.

This was a great stay for our family! We were traveling in a big group and having super market at walking distance made it very easy for us to get anything we needed! The private parking was great specially when you’re driving from Texas! Staff was super friendly and they even had a stay dog in the parking that seemed to have been adopted by the hotel and was so cute to see every day!

Good parking. They need to fix the isolation for the windows so that you can close them. Also the isolation between the entrance to the room and the outside was not working, so we could hear everything from the corridor and lobby outside.

Las habitaciones estuvieron muy bien hace una década, pero al día de hoy, algunas elementos del hotel considero obsoletos como el sistema de aire acondicionado que es un HVAC , pero que no se prodria controlar la temperatura y hacia mucho ruido, pero cuando lo ponias en automatica se apagaba demasiado tiempo y hasta calor te daba. La bañera de igual forma tiene una tina de hace me atrevo a decir 15 años, y tampoco tenia toallas de secarse las manos, la television mejor la apague por no tener una pantalla mas a lo actual es decir donde puedas interactuar con youtube y algunas aplicaciones de stream.
