« This hotel is a hidden gem in St. Paul. The building has incredible history, and you can feel it in the original woodwork, the grand lobby, and the beautiful art pieces throughout. Our two-bedroom suite was elegant, spotless, and comfortable, with upscale touches everywhere. The staff are kind, professional, and welcoming. The bar/restaurant is stunning. I felt safe in the area, and parking was easy in the lot behind the hotel. Truly one of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. »

« Une cuisinette sans aucun ustensiles ou assiette . Rien !! Pourquoi louer avec cuisinette s'il n'y a rien pour s'en servir . "Déjeuner" médiocre. Pain , gaufres décongelées et bagel . Rien d'autre , même pas de lait ou crème pour le café. Sérieusement c'est absurde »

« Nous avions une chambre donnant sur deux routes à forte circulation et la chambre était très bruyante malgré la fenêtre fermée. Le couloir était très éclairé même la nuit et la porte laissait passer un éclairage important dans la chambre. Dans la chambre d'a côté, il y avait un chien qui jappait de temps en temps au moment de s'endormir. »
