Perfect place for exploring the Newport/ Cincinnati area. We love the Newport Levee area. Devin was great. Apartment complex amenities are excellent. We will stay here again.

My bride and I have been able to enjoy our stay here celebrating each of our last 2 anniversaries. It has always been a very relaxing and enjoyable time away. Devin has made it very easily and very welcoming. We hope to be able to stay here again next year. It has become a fun anniversary getaway tradition that we look forward to each year.

Excellent stay. The apartment is super cute and not too small. Is the bed the comfiest no but I’ve slept on worse. The check in instructions seem like a lot when you get them but as long as you follow the steps everything works. The view from the balcony was so pretty. And getting an answer from Devin is super quick we had some WiFi trouble as we arrived but he answered back very quick. And there is so much to do that is within walking distance. Like the aquarium! Would stay again.

Baseball road trip. Easy walking distance to the sports complexes. The place was comfortable and well laid out. We even got to the pool. Food was always a close walk away.

3 Night Stay

Typical college-style apartment, has some dents and scratches but nothing major and is a good value. I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Positive things were nice hangers in the closet, comfortable bed and couch, large bathroom, plenty of kitchen accessories. I would have liked there to be a full length mirror, coffee pods instead of grounds, stronger internet, curtains in the living room instead of the see through blind, and instructions on how to get out of the garage and where to get food delivered to would be helpful. One thing to note is sound carries through the vents and hallways, you can hear people above you and in the hallway VERY clearly so I always felt like I had to be mindful of the noise I was making as far as playing music or having the TV on. I could hear people above me cough or sneeze as if they were in the room with me. Overall was a great experience and would recommend to others!

Anniversary / Valentine getaway

Every VRBO we have stayed at has been wonderful. This was the nicest one we have stayed at. We did a combination Anniversary / Valentines getaway in Newport Kentucky. It was wonderful. The amenities were as stated and the location was great

Everything was great! Bed was comfortable, it was clean, plenty of dishes and cookware for my week long stay. Loved the private parking garage and how safe the property felt overall. Would love to stay here again!

Loved the comfort and looks of this place. Bed was very comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed another day to enjoy it more. Parking took us about 30 mins to get figured out and even got turned around coming back out of the building after I grabbed the key fob the first time. Devin was available by phone call. Maybe for parking just put in the instructions to drive around to the back of the Newport aquarium parking and make the left where it says residents. Make it a little simpler for us simple folks. Simplicity works best. The dropped pin in the check in instructions takes you to the right instead of the left at the light. Also check out time being 10am is a little rough. I’m sure this place is rented for lots of events in the area and when you have to get up to be able to be checked out by 10am it’s a little rough getting going. Even hotels do 11 or even 12. Just a thought. Thanks for letting us use your place!!

Nice location

The location is great, on the water near all the restaurants in Newport. The apartment is typical corporate executive type place in a nice complex. The check in instructions were two pages long including strange and inaccurate parking instructions that took 45 minites to figure out.
