DISCLAIMER



- While the pictures may slightly differ from the actual apartment, the overall style remains the same. We strive to maintain a similar look and feel to provide a great experience for our guests.

- Outdoor cameras are installed for security purposes, but none are inside the property. Tampering with cameras will lead to immediate cancellation and removal without any refund.

- All guests must pass a background check mandatory by the building, which requires providing a photo ID for all guests in order to check in.

- The details acquired in the background check are protected and cannot be accessed by anyone but the background check company.

- We strictly adhere to the building policies and stay requirements.

- Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply is used.

- Valet parking is available for $10/day.

- Pets: Combined weight limit: 35 lbs (16 kgs). If you bring two dogs, their total combined weight must not exceed this limit.

-Pet fee: $125 per pet. An additional $125 will be charged for a second pet.
