"For us it was a good central location for day trips in Hauts-de-France. Lots of parking and shopping across the street. Rooms look over or open to a garden. Weirdly situated in an industrial area. Onsite restaurant is excellent. While somewhat dated, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff speaks some Engish and are very hospitable."

"Where to start with this "hotel" the staff were pleasant enough. The pool is just a accident waiting to happen. Apart from wing nuts screwed into the side of the pool and a light hanging out of it's fitting there was the water pump that sucked my hand into it,as the cover was missing. I will be putting in a complaint with Expedia over this,Not a great experience overall. The room was nice just a little worn. I did get a good night's sleep though as the bed was big and cosy. "

"We booked a Queen room with city view and ensuite On arrival, we checked in and was told, we had been upgraded We asked for a reservation for dinner, to be informed their restrauant was closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! This was not stated on booking Room had a double bed, not Queen Had sky light and industrial view if opened the window, no window with city view Were informed a large party were arriving on Saturday night and wanted rooms next to each other Lack of hot food left for breakfast, we went dor breakfast at 08:45 Shower and wc open plan to bedroom ! "

"What the pictures don’t show is that, the toilet is so tiny that I couldn’t stretch out my 2 hands while inside the toilet ( and by toilet I mean the wc, the washing basin and the shower room combined ). And this tiny toilet doent even have an extraction fan inside of it so Goodluck with any smell that could get into the room. The rooms don’t have a ventilation system so you can only open the window for fresh air to come in. When I was searching for a place, I remember considering this hotel vs travel lodge and decided to save about £8 or so by going for this as the sq ft of the rooms were the same. Well that was a huge mistake for the reasons above."
