"This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. From the start we were blown away by how nice this 68 room hotel was. Nestled at the entry to a park with pretty views of the city and mountain hiking trails. It was modern roomy and very clean....

"Be very careful with this hotel’s front desk. We arrived early (6:30 AM) after a long flight from the U.S. with 3 kids and asked to pay for early check-in. They charged us $551 for one night, while the normal online price was about $330\. This clearly felt like taking advantage of tired travelers. When we tried to file a complaint, the staff refused to give their full names and hid behind “privacy,” which makes no sense for customer-facing employees. Things escalated to the point where they even called the police — completely unnecessary and very unprofessional. Traveling with family should not be treated this way. This was one of the worst hotel service experiences we’ve had."
