"Beautiful property with a lovely, gracious host."

"One of the best hospitality experiences I've had. The hotel was an incredible value for how lovely it is. Great location near the train station, but in a nice, quiet area. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with an adorable balcony as an added bonus. I wouldn't stay anywhere else."

"I stayed here with my wife, 2 year old and 9 month old for 2 nights whilst travelling northern Italy. It far exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was great, the rooms were massive and extremely clean. The staff reception were helpful and friendly. Overall a 5 star stay for a self catering apartment."

"Good location"

"Very accommodating, clean room, nice bathroom, and a soft comfortable bed. Plus a nice café and lounge space. My favorite place I stayed in Italy."

"comfortable but not fancy. ventilation in the room could be better"

"Room was exceptionally clean. Good range of choices for breakfast Drinks were not piping hot Some items of food were actually cold. Not many y local restaurants were open during my stay"

"Nice rooms, helpful staff."

"Good location to train station and the workers were very friendly!!"

"Very central and wonderful bedding and very clean"

"Nice hotel. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast."

"Nice Staff and good breakfast."

"The staff were amazing, a complementary breakfast, room was clean and charming - great value and easy tram access to Torino’s many attractions. Beautiful city, a warm welcome at reception and fabulous, affordable accommodation at Hotel Universo."

"Everything about them is good 👍"

"Staff were helpful and kind"
