"We have stayed several times. I was rather disappointed this past weekend. The elevator was dirty and had a horrible, shirilling noise when opening and closing. Our room had black hair strands all over the blanket and under the blanket. The sink did not empty properly and had flakes of something gross. "

"Wonderful hotel! I have stayed at several in this area (visiting family nearby) and this particular Hampton Inn has always been my favorite. The staff is fantastic and always very courteous & helpful. The breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate service is wonderful and everything is always kept clean and neat. Great options for breakfast and the rooms are clean and spacious. I will no longer stay anywhere else when I’m in the area. Pool/jacuzzi area is also a huge plus!! "

"This site needs some TLC. The drapes in the room were in shreds. The laminate was peeling off the furniture. Toilets were functional but very dated. The options for breakfast were limited, and the microwave was not working. There were no sugar substitutes available. The waffles were great and the staff was very cordial."
