Service is minimal with Alex at the front desk
Alex at the service desk was rude. Check in was ok- we used the shuttle service to get to the hotel from the airport. We had to schedule our schedule for next day which we did at check in- we received a call from Alex later to let us know that he can not guarantee that we can transport our luggage back to the airport. Just to clarify, we brought the same luggage to the hotel in the shuttle so not it makes no sense that we can’t take our luggage back. We have two kids, my wife and myself so I’m not sure the reasoning behind what he said. Alex was very argumentative because he couldn’t give a reason. We had to leave two hours earlier to avoid any issues. We will not use the services at this location. The room was ok but you get what you paid for. Dirty carpet, bathroom faucet was leaking. We didn’t care since we were staying for the night but I want to mention for others.

Dear Anonymous, We apologize if you felt rude behavior from our staff. There was miscommunication when you said you had extra luggage and the agent suggested taking the earlier shuttle that was not full. This way you and your family would be more comfortable. For a booking that was last minute this was the best solution.

It served its purpose. Was clean. Was out dated. Towels and sheets are thin quality but you get what you pay for. Later during this same trip we stayed in another comparable hotel in the O hare airport area, and that one was definitely better than this location. Not being familiar with the area, my choice wasn’t great. At least next time I know better. This one is in too much of an industrial area and not convenient to much for families.

The property is located off of a highway. So you'll probably have to do a u-turn to get to the property. The properties hot tub didn't work. Very limited breakfast selection. I was housed on the first floor in a room with broken window locks. The window screen looked like it had been cut and someone could easily access the room. The clerk ended up providing me a walking cane in order to secure my window. The property was a bit dated and could've used some paint and repairs. Cigarette smoke from a nearby room polluted the air in my room.

Pool didn't seem very clean. Our bedroom door wouldn't shut all the way. All though the room was pretty well clean. Shower had very very low water pressure. Not a single vending machine worked had to go all the way to the lobby for the only one that did work. Staff was nice. Our sink was backed up from whatever. Really not trying to seem not picky but it really wasn't a very nice experience i give it a solid 2 stars.

Out of other Super 8 I've been to, this location was better so not all Super 8 are gross. The only thing for me was, the sink water did not have any hot water. Not sure why.

Property is ok, nothing grand. Dated but clean. Our room was decent but I don’t think we would choose to stay again. We rented a jacuzzi suite, and had to clean the tub before we could use it. Before you say I’m just a clean freak, I will say there was an earring tunnel (looked like a 00g) and a big rat nest of hair in the drain. It worked good after I cleaned it, but that was disappointing. The room also had a deep funky smell to it, I’m assuming from the humidity of the jacuzzi. Not bad enough to complain about, especially for the price. Just know it’s not a 5 star place.
