Location, location, location! Private quiet clean coach house with two bedrooms and one bath in the heart of Wicker Park on historic street. Steps away from from bars, breweries, coffee shops, award winning restaurants and retail shops. Walking distance to Blue Line train stops at Division/Damen and Division/Ashland. Blue Line train is approximately a 30 minute ride to O'Hare airport and approximately 10 minute ride to downtown Chicago.

If driving, easy access to and from I-90/-94 only approximately 1 mile.
Residential permit street parking and parking passes will be provided at no charge.

Contactless self check-in, key less entry, washer and dryer in unit, central air and WIFI. Private deck with Weber grill and bistro seating.

Excellent Stay, Excellent Location

Our family had a fantastic stay at Mark and JoAnn's lovingly appointed vacation rental. It is located in the heart of Whicker Park and all the area has to offer, and an easy 10-minute walk to the Blue Line for getting anywhere else. The four of us stayed for five days and found their unit extremely clean, comfortable, and very quiet. We don't sleep well with city noise, so we are thrilled to have found a place close to everything but tucked away on a quiet neighborhood street. The bedding was very nice, and all the amenities were greatly appreciated.

A rental I would come back to over and over again

This place was a perfect rental for a girls trip to Chicago. Great location, walkable to so many amazing shops bars, and restaurants. All of us slept amazing with very comfortable beds, pillows, and quality sheets. We also really appreciated all the extra tiny amenities like a blow dryer, make up mirror, and of course, a wine opener. Thank you so much for the Incredibles stay

Chicago Gem

I have little to add to the other positive reviews. Communication with the host was so fast and spot on. Easy check in with a keyed entry tied to your cell phone number, so no worry about keys or forgetting a password! The carriage house is impeccably clean and very quiet even though you’re in an urban area. As it’s urban, privacy is limited and we drew the shades for the most part. We didn’t use the outdoor space, only because it was unseasonably cold. A very short walk to any number of restaurants and coffee shops. It was so fun.We have stayed in rentals for over 20 years and this was the most well stocked. You don't need to improvise with anything. Shower was lovely. Home temperature easy to control with the Nest thermostat. Bed comfy. The location is special. Easy to walk residential. Beautiful tree lined streets, very safe, and wonderful restaurants a stones throw away. We did not have a car, but if we wanted to park there seemed to be plenty of open spaces. If you are wanting to cook at home, do know that big grocery shops such as Jewel Osco, are a decent walk. Having a car, or taking an Uber or Lyft, would be best. We did the walk and it was a trek with heavy items.

Long Weekend

This is our third stay at the Coach House, and we hope to come back again! The property is well appointed, comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect and the hosts, Mark and JoAnne and very responsive, thoughtful and accommodating. A definite 10/10.

Perfect spot in Wicker Park

We had the best experience here! Super clean, well stocked, comfy and super cute! Great proximity to restaurants and a busy fun street to check out! 15 min Uber to Wrigley, 30 min to airport. If you are coming to a Chicago this is a perfect place to stay. Super safe! Hosts were great as well!! 5 stars!

My husband and I stayed with our adult daughters for a family wedding. The house is just as it in the pictures. It was very clean, well appointed-light snacks and water were a nice touch after traveling. Great location! Would not hesitate to stay again!

Wicker Park Coach House

This is the second time I've stayed at the Coach House. It's a wonderful property, convenient location close to food/coffee/train, well appointed and very comfortable. Mark and JoAnne were fabulous hosts, communicative and quick to respond. Will definitely be staying there again when I'm in Chicago.

OUTSTANDING Property-5 Stars

Came to Chicago for my son's birthday. I have been to Chicago several times and have stayed in several different properties, I will NOT do that again. The carriage house was perfect, luxurious, welcoming, very clean, spacious, and cannot beat the location. Although we did not cook, it has everything you would need for cooking and cocktail making. The hosts are on property and are very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again on my future Chicago trips. Thank you to Mark and Joanne!!

A true touch of luxury

A Delight That Exceeded Every Expectation

We were visiting our son and his wife and he found this property which is near their apartment in a vibrant part of of Chicago. Check-in could not be easier with coded entries at the street and the coach house. We had checked with the owners in advance to learn that there were only stairs with handrails leading up to the living quarters, but none indoors, which was important to us. This modern, tastefully decorated place is remarkably well equipped - every time I thought “We could use…” there it was! Plus items you’d not expect in a rental: a steamer, a blender, a wine rack and cooler, first aid kit, robes, a printer and on and on. Finally the location is all that you would want: a quiet place on a beautiful street. And just a half block to main streets filled with restaurants, bars, coffee houses, retail stores, etc! We loved this coach house and appreciated the owners’ attention to detail and cleanliness. We, and other extended family members, will be booking it in the future.
