Parking was horrible. Your parking lot was full (that’s ok I knew it was limited) but the one that was suggested was all caged off. The other one we had to walk a ways with all of our luggage. Then the next day the door was locked to get into the parking garage, app didn’t work, staff were not available to talk to (LAZ) Would not return

I reserved a king size bed through a 3rd party booking site and I was told upon arrival that there were no king size beds left. A friend of mine also booked a king size bed through a third party site a a few days after I did and he received the room he wanted. It wasn't exactly clear to me how that is possible with the explanation I was given. The only compensation they could give me was free parking, and I unfortunately did not drive.

During Art Chicago We stayed on 13 floor with a beautiful view of the city, the weather allowed us to enjoy the 14 floor rooftop patio which my bernedoodle Lincoln found relaxing. We felt comfortable and relaxed in the Hyatt Hotel Way .! Of course we will revisit Hyatt Hotel West Loop

We loved the comfortable lounge in the lobby! We had a family gathering, and that was our go-to place to hang, before and after outings in the city. And the staff there was so friendly and accommodating!

The hotel is amazing and the rooms are comfortable. They upgraded our room to a suite which was a welcome surprise. The breakfast was complimentary and was very nice. Everything is clean and the staff are welcoming. The only thing I can say is the parking. It was difficult to find a place to park to check in especially when you are not familiar with the area. But that is the only issue we had. I would definitely stay here again.

We used to live in the west loop for years and always had our guests stay here when in town, but never us. This is now where we will stay every time. I brought my 5 year old here for our spring break and everything was great. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and very accommodating. Especially the front desk attendant, I never got her name but she treated my son like royalty. The room was clean and honestly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I also loved being able to get a glass of wine at the bar in the lobby and relax while my son hung out. The bacon at breakfast was also exceptional! Highly recommend this Hyatt House!

I love how close this hotel is to downtown, the highway, and most of all, the United Center! It's pretty walkable from this location and just convenient overall. It's a great stay, spacious, clean, comfy; staff is super nice and the breakfast is my favorite part! I will be coming back!

We came for a concert at the United Center and the Hyatt House was a perfect location, easy to Uber all around and also easy exit driving in and out of Chicago on a Friday night and Monday morning. Parking on the street was tolerable and we were lucky enough to grab a hotel garage spot on Saturday morning although there is some free safe street parking available, you just need patience. The breakfast fair at the hotel is good and plenty of seating space. Our room was nice, clean, towels were thick and fresh. We will stay here again.

The front desk gentleman was not at all friendly and unwelcoming. The dining area is so dirty, the staff never cleans the tables, the food choices are horrible

The property was clean, the beds were comfy, and it was in walking distance from the United Center which was nice. But parking is a joke. The garage on the property was completely full before check in. If a hotel offers parking, the garage should be big enough to accommodate all the guests. Breakfast was not good at all. Eggs were okay, potatoes were cold and bland, and I took one bite of a pancake and immediately spit it out into my napkin. Tasted like a McDonalds pancake that was left out for a week. There was one guy at the front desk checking us in and his customer service skills were not good. It was clear he didn’t want to be there. He was just kinda sassy and unpleasant. I had a much better experience at the Hyatt House at the medical district. That one is really close to United center too, it’s much bigger, bar/lounge is nicer, breakfast is good, parking is much easier and it’s just better overall. I only stayed at the one in West Loop this time just because it was a little cheaper, but never again. I’d rather pay more and stay somewhere else.

A comfortable place to stay with nice amenities. Good urban location, in a “hot” area of town (the West Loop) where plenty of restaurants are nearby and accessible via foot. Public transportation is not much of an option (except for Uber and Lyft), but that is not the hotel’s fault.

Great stay for our family. Clean, quiet and approximately 1 mile walk to United Center for Blackhawks game. Hotel parking deck was already full upon 3pm check in, but we found street parking around the corner. Would definitely stay again.
