Jenna was excellent, she leads the way in how customer service should be. I will give the hotel 10/10 because of her. It has nice new rooms, only surprising thing is the restaurant and bar close at 9pm which for a full service hotel at a major international airport is very surprising.

Card didn’t work, had to make a second trip to front desk. Usually not a big deal but after 22 hrs traveling it becomes an issue. No free parking. Charged 18 dollars to park for 6 hrs. House keeping banging on doors @. 0800 when we arrived @ 2 am.

Had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and patient. There were a few major events going on in the area, and the staff didn't get frustrated or impatient even when it was a bit chaotic.

I loved that it was walking distance to the All State Arena. I did not like that I was in a room accross dogs , but to be fair I did not complain about it. I also did not like that the pool was not availble during my stay.
