Franchement, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, que je n'hésiterai pas à recommander. Le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute et je tiens à remercier Joyce qui nous a offert une chambre selon nos attentes et ce fut vraiment très apprécié. Nous avions un comptoir touristique à même l'hôtel, devant la réception et Amber nous a beaucoup aidé pour notre séjour à Chicago, elle était réellement sympathique et attentive à nos questions. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses et une très belle salle de bain et un lit très confortable. Un gros pour nous, était d'avoir un petit frigo, ainsi qu'un congélateur et un micro-onde, en plus du coffre de sécurité. Le seul problème pour nous, j'ignore si c'était à cause que nous étions en avril, mais les restos ou autres commerces, boulangerie et autres, ferment vraiment très tôt, contrairement au quartier River North et Streeterville. La café est servi gratuitement le matin et il était excellent et en après-midi, de l'eau arromatisée de fruits, ce qui était agréable. Excellent comme hôtel!!

Friendly and helpfull staff. Nice standard king room. The bed was really comfortable. Clean room. 2 minutes walk from the blue line ans close to everything. The safe working with the credit card, so easy to use! Really good value for money. Highly recommand.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Well located. We could walk to a lot of places and public transportation was really convenient. Easy to get from and to the airport. However, a reading chair was clearly missing in the room and the staff did not arrange for us to finally get one. A rag was left in the bathroom at our arrival and clearly we could notice that the cleaning was not totally completed. Staff was not well informed to give information about nice/trendy restaurants and the best activities to do in town. But overall, it was ok and we really enjoyed our time in Chicago.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for attending a concert at the Auditorium Theater. The staff were excellent they were welcoming and helpful with recommendations around the area. The location was really close to the places I wanted to see while I was in town. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. The restaurant connected to hote was really good and convenient before we had to drive back to airport. Even though i didn’t want to pay for $60 valet, it was really easy when I needed the car to take a drive. I also didn’t like the rooms windows, seems they are single pane and you get a lot of outdoor noise at night.

Clean and we loved the king size bed! We had a great dinner at Gino’s East across the road. So easy to get to the subway and wherever you wanted to go. Loved the coffee and water available in the lounge area. Close walk to Tilly’s bagels which I recommend!

Contemporary remodel and themed in decor around past history of printing and publishing. All staff very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. We only had small issues with understanding the shower knob functions and bathroom was poorly lit. Loved the room and the view out huge windows.
