The check-in process was smooth and I love that we had Bryan there to check us in and help us with how to unlock the doors to the building and to our unit (we used an app to unlock). The pictures are very true to how the unit looks and the BEDS! They were one of the best beds we've ever slept on! As a group of 6, the 4BR 3BA unit was the perfect size for our group. Not only that, but they also sent over some welcome donuts, which were incredibly good! We really appreciated Bryan and Anthony for helping ensure we had a great stay. Oh, and the location! People might be worried about Chicago's crime rates, but the location was super safe! And close to everything. There's a grocery store, bar, and theater all within walking distance. And a lot of other stores too!
