This property is centrally located 20 minutes from O'Hare (ORD) Airport and 20 minutes from Downtown Chicago. Located off of I-94 with direct access to downtown. Minutes away from train station (CTA Yellow line train). Guests will receive a keypad code (keypads are located on the door) and guests will check in on their own, no assistance or in person interaction is required. This home in Skokie is one of the most central neighborhoods in the Chicagoland area, will give you the space and location you need! My place is great for families with children, business travelers and groups, couples, or visiting parents/grandparents. Enjoy this fully rennovated, 2 level single family home on a residential street, with warm cozy decor. I want you to feel like this is your home away from home. We have 4 bedrooms: Main floor \- 3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each and 1 full bath Basement \- 1 queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds and 1 full bath Gym workout room available \- Fresh towels and linens \- Wireless internet is always available \- TV with streaming options \- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster \- I provide coffee grounds and keurig pods as well. \- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges & Dove brand hand soap and dish soap. \-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc. \- Hair dryer \- Ironing board and Iron \-closets with hangers My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant. Our home is meant for folks that are traveling for business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house.
