First, there was nobody onsite when I checked in, and I only took the room key from the unlocked mailbox. Second, the guard at the gate prevented me from entering into the carpark. I later knew the reason why. The Management Office told me that the property owner had not paid the common service fees for over 6 months. Third, the room was not clean and no cleaning service at all throughout my 3-night stay. Fourth, the shower head was old, dilapidated and not functioning well. Fifth, no sufficient towels and toilet rolls were provided. Sixth, there was no wifi provided in the room.
