"The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive which contributes massively to having a great experience. Loved that there was a bar/restaurant inside the hotel! Very convenient! It saved me a lot of time and I didn't have to go and source food outside of the hotel. Also, the coffee and tea available outside the lifts on every level is incredibly forward thinking. "
Radisson Hotel Manchester City Centre, A Verified Net Zero Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Manchester City Centre. You are walking distance from the main shopping district and the National Football Museum and there is a great choice of places to eat. The breakfast at the hotel is good and the pool although small is great for a quick swim. Parking is opposite the hotel in the AO Arena car park, this has to be the tightest car park we have ever been in where the spaces are snug but getting around the car park is a v tight squeeze. However you do get a reduced rate for parking there you just need to get a validation ticket from the hotel."
Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Centre Arena by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Due to Storm Floris and all cancelled transport to Scotland, we could not proceed to our intended destination, Glasgow, on Monday. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room was really clean, renovated and looked great. The staff at check-in and at breakfast were pretty friendly and efficient as well. "
