The boiler wasn't working when we arrived and had to be refilled which was quite complicated. One of the bedroom doors had a faulty handle which was problematic as we couldn't close that door and keep young children from accessing the stairs. There wasn't any dishwasher tablets, oil or salt and pepper, and I would expect just the very basics when a kitchen is provided. The communication with the managing company was unpleasant from the beginning unfortunately, and I wouldn't stay at another property with this management. ##### Katrina L.
