"They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. "The hotel is truly steps from the beach! The views from the hotel were unbelievable and I loved spending time on my balcony watching the waves. The pool was large and had a lot of chairs each day. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was delicious. I also tried the spa while there and had a great experience. The hotel was walkable to quite a few restaurants as well. "
