« The place (Boo Boo’s Cabin) was clean, comfortable and cute. However, the two sofas need to be changed. The leather-like couch has pieces sticking up all over. We sat on it with a blanket that was provided. The smaller cloth one was very stained and is in need of new cushions. That is the only reason I gave a four star rating. The owner answered promptly when there was a small problem with the doorknob. It was fixed promptly. We would book it again in the future. »

6. The Cottage on the shores of Lake Wylie

« This place was perfect for our Lake Wylie getaway! The house was clean, well decorated, and had plenty of beds for everyone. The kids stayed busy all day fishing, kayaking, and enjoying the lake, while the large deck was perfect for games of cornhole and relaxing. Evenings around the fire pit were a great way to end the day. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly lake vacation. »

« The Cozy Cottage was a fantastic find! Although it was somewhat off the beaten path to where we needed to be during our stay, it was well worth the extra 15-minute drive. It felt like home away from home. Very comfortable and clean. All the amenities we required were available. Situated in a very quiet location. And, the two times we needed to reach out to the hosts, they responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again! »
