« Debbie is an excellent host. We enjoyed the lake view immensely, and proximity to the U. of M. bio station, state parks, and beaches.You're almost in the UP, so there is no air conditioning. Nice fans, and wonderful jalousie windows that give cross ventilation. Just mentioning the no AC because some have grown to believe they need it. Temperatures averaged about 60 at night, though warm and humid during the day when we were there. Stargazing on the deck was a highlight. Plenty of loon...

« This place was perfect for our little family of 4. It is right on the water and my kids really enjoyed swimming and playing on the dock. The marina is just a few minute walk from the cottage. We were able to walk there for ice-cream and fishing (we of course asked the people that worked there for permission and went after they were closed).The host/owners are so kind they brought treats for the kiddos and even lend bikes to my kids to use while we were there. Thank you so much, we had a blast! »
