The location of the property was great, food and bars within walking distance. The apartment itself had all the amenities we needed including a washer and dryer. My only complaint is that parking was not included in our stay. It cost $25 to park in the buildings garage which I found strange because it should not cost the property managers any money to let us park there. Unit is close in south end, walking distance to downtown and light rail. That said, there were numerous "house keeping' items not been attended to like stains on the carpeting, missing vertical slats in the blinds so it does no good to close them, several light bulbs being out, one of the bathroom doors does not latch shut, all door jams and doors had several nicks in them.
