I don't even know where to begin with all the positive things I have to say about this property. So I'm gonna start with the thing that stands out most to me...the people behind the rental of this beautiful home! I have never experienced the high level of customer service (and I have had a lot of great experiences) that I received from those managing this property. Their responsiveness to my many questions, issues that came up and them checking in on the many details to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable was always prompt and thorough. They are kind, understanding, problem solvers, considerate and just wonderful to work with! They alone would be reason enough to rent this property and any other they manage! But the property itself was just perfect for our stay! We utilized both 3 bedroom/3 bath apartments for our family during our stay for my son's wedding. The beds are super comfortable, linens were clean and plentiful, furniture was beautiful and in good condition. The kitchen was a little small, but had just about everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The appliances were unique and perfect for the style and size of the kitchen! The living and dining area were spacious with adequate seating so we were able to gather comfortably as a large family. Bathrooms are smaller, but clean and nicely done. The 2 apartments worked out well for our family. The noise level was a little louder than we were expecting from street noise and the lighting is very dim, but the beds are extremely comfortable and the apartments were very clean.
