This oceanfront three bedroom, three bathroom elevated condo has the convenience of being steps away from the ocean and outdoor Community Pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled). The flooring and furnishings are updated in all bedrooms and living spaces. Outdoor community pool and beach access boardwalk is directly next to building complex. Enjoy the ocean breezes and views of the Atlantic Ocean from the screened porch or master balcony.

First floor has one bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a beautifully designed living space with flat-screen cable TV and direct access to screened porch. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their very own private baths, as well as a washer and dryer. The master suite boasts a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. Coastal Utilities will be conducting a drainage project starting the week of September 14th through December of 2026.
The contractor will be working in sections throughout the parking lot and behind the building. Materials will be staged along each side of the parking lot in Phase 2 while the project is underway and in a designated area on the grass near one of the work areas. This timeline will include repaving the entire Phase 2 parking lot once the drainage portion of the project has been completed.

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July through October 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
