As you ascend the exterior stairs and enter through your private entrance, you'll be welcomed by an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, charming exposed wood beams, and original brick walls. The living area seamlessly combines dining and lounge spaces, creating a perfect setting for both socializing and relaxation. Need extra sleeping arrangements? Our cozy sleeper sofa is available—just let us know in advance for extra sheets.

The King bedroom offers an additional private retreat with a luxurious King-size bed, while the two guest bedrooms each feature a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, offering comfort and privacy. A full bathroom conveniently located off the main living area ensures easy access for all guests.

The well-appointed kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a quick meal or enjoy your favorite snacks. Basic kitchenware is provided for your convenience, making it easy to settle in.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis

If you want on King St in the middle of downtown this is the place. Easy parking. Check-in was at four, but we were pleasantly surprised that we were texted at noon saying the apartment was available. The owner is also accommodated a late check out on short notice due to a change in our plans. We very much appreciated the owners flexibility. The beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment was very clean. The AC worked amazing and was actually chilly at times :-) I would highly recommend this place.

Quick Weekend in Charleston

Location is amazing! Located in on King Street across from Louis Vuitton. It is the best shopping right out of the front door. The space was great for the 3 of us and we were not on top of each other. The bedrooms were a nice size too. There’s a kitchenette so we could bring home take out. So many restaurants all close by. We could walk everywhere. Loved it!

Excellent location

Most sites within easy walking. I really Appreciated the electric water kettle since I drink tea. While pots and pans are provided, there was no way to use them since there is no oven or stove in the unit. Plenty of room for our group of 4. Dark because of lack of windows in main area, but we weren't really there during the day. If you are noise sensitive, consider staying elsewhere. Street noise and noise from unit above are unavoidable.

Great King St location.

We are a family with 2 adult sons so having a main bedroom and bath separated from the 2 additional queen bed rooms was perfect for us. Everyone had private space and a nice common area. Some of the property showed wear and tear and the kitchen was more of a hotel kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, small sink) with no dining area so if you are hoping to do group meals, this is not the place. Also, if the people in the upstairs unit are clomping around in boots at 8am, you will hear them, so opt for Apt B given them option. However, all in all, for our short Charleston stay, it was great.

Great except for one thing

My only disappointment was not realizing it did not have a small kitchen. It was not clear that the "kitchen" was just a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Otherwise it was great.

It’s a great option for people that need a 3 bedroom property…and the location is ideal to everything downtown has to offer. It was nice to have a mini kitchen too! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. And the provided parking spot with a bonus!

Fantastic location, however, no hangers in the back bedrooms and the very poorly fitted sheet on the queen bed kept coming off while sleeping. Couch needs replacing. Lights flickered in multiple locations.

Great location. Amenities needed updating since it listed dish washer, washer/dryer and air mattress. None of those were available. I had to contact management 3-4 times for items. Not enough towels, no linens for sofa bed, and not enough toilet paper. Each time they promptly brought what was needed. Target is directly across the street.
