« Will (the owner) is very good at communication and made the whole vacation easy and carefree. The property was exactly as described and we really enjoyed the game and movie rooms. On the day of check-in we saw a black bear mama and her 3 cubs right along the road. Every day we had visits from deer in the backyard too! The beach and lake were a welcome relief from the heat. Truly a wonderful vacation with our family. »

« We gad a great time!! The house was lovely and as described by the owner. The fenced in yard was great for the two dogs. We also took walks around the neighborhood and it was very peaceful. Overall this was a great house for us and I would definitely recommend staying there. »

« Nearly everything about this stay was top-notch. Really the only issue was that the community amenities were not all available during these dates. In particular, the pool was not available until after Father's Day, and we feel it's important to clearly spell out in the listing if there are any limitations during the rental dates. »

« Woodsy environment helps create a sense of seclusion, but there are other properties close by that we had to be considerate of. While my group didn't use much of the community amenities, we did appreciate the quiet and peaceful neighborhood and it was great for casual bike-riding. Very flat roads without much traffic.This house in particular was just what we expected and suited us fine. The covered porch area off the second floor was especially lovely. »

« Comfortable beds, spacious, awesome game room. Everything we needed was available to us. We enjoyed our stay. »

« Location was fantastic to Jim Thorpe and Penn's Peak! Home was super cute! Only two issues, if we were to be picky. We would recommend a more natural continuous essential air freshener. Current one was too strong. The chalet is in the woods so maybe a fresh balsam. And the outside air temperature hit negative numbers. Please allow the individual wall thermostats to be used. The hallway control just wasn't enough for the bedrooms. Very cold nights in NEPA. Super comfy beds! Great towels! 5/5...

« Was the perfect house as had all the things we needed for 7 adults and 2 dogs with smoking allowed outside. Was not far from many things to do and shop. Saw alot of deer. Would go again. »

« The place was perfect! Had everything we would need and want for an awesome vacation! Hosts were always available for any questions and so nice! We felt right at home and loved the deer visiting daily. The main lake is closed for now but we enjoyed swimming at the nearby smaller lake. Pretty hikes nearby and spent a fun day tubing at Delaware water gap. Can’t wait to visit again and stay at this great home! »
