"My wife wanted to take a bath but the tub was filthy. Call front desk and 35 mins later someone came to clean it. Then my wife had to clean it again to get off all the chemical residue. She started to fill it and it had a sheen like an oil slick. Not handled very well."

"Pool was still cold in April. Convenience Stores , Restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. No frills, great bang for your buck in Franklin. Convenient Interstate access. "

"The toilets were all leaking or would not flush properly, and the breakfast was served in the bar area. This hotel has a lot of families and I feel like that should be disclosed before you book your stay. No one wants to bring their 3 year old to eat breakfast in a dark dingy bar after hours. "

Were also told it would be 2to 3 hours before maintenance man would be in for the day to look at it. Were told we could not get refund due to the fact we used a third party (expedia)."
